R-ala and Milk Thistle question

Im on a test e and dbol cycle. Im running 10mgs ED of Nolva throughout, and i have R-ala from Lion, and i also have milk thistle 140mg tabs.....
I was told i should take 300mg of R-ala throughout, should i also take the Milk Thistle throughout? And if so, what dosage is recommended? Or should i wait till im off the dbol and take the milk thistle only through the rest of the test cycle?

This belongs in the supplement forum, but to answer your question I take 1000mg's of Milk Thistle a day ED on or off cycle.
