2 months if you dont really notice a differance anymore just waisting money
Did your nipples get puffy?
did they itch at all?
did they hurt?
Most importantly take a nipple and squeeze behind it with thumb and index on each side of the nipple if you feel a hard lump its gyno SORRY nithin you can do but shred bf%
What state are you from? I know of people around these parts that do things like that. At least learn to swim before you jump in the deep end. (RESEACH)
