First Cycle after M1T PCT

I have just finished my second cycle with M1T, the cycle was as follows:

weeks 1-2 - 10mg M1T a day
weeks 3-4 - 6oxo (6 caps a day)
weeks 5-7 - 20mg M1T/ 4sprays of 4Derm a day
weeks 8-11 - 6oxo (6 caps) and zma/tribulus


i am just about to start my PCT (weeks 8 -11)

However I also want to start a cycle of Test E / dbol

and my question is how long is it recommended that i wait after i have finished my PCT for M1T to start the real cycle

first real cycle is as follows:

weeks 1 - 12 Test E ,500mgs a day
weeks 1 - 4 D'Bol, 30mgs a day

clomid therapy for PCT and Nolva on Hand for Gyno

you can get right back into after PCT, providing your test/blood levels are normal
