Can I get a response to this or is it true? I noticed in Pheedno's pct the use of nolva,clomid,and l-dex...I was looking for a reply to this below posted on another board though...thx for any help...

I don't like the idea of l-dex during pct because inhibition of aromatase up regulates the estrogen receptor. which can worsen estrogen rebound. It is also believed that this creates a greater affinity for estrogen at the receptor. L-dex during pct also raises SHBG slightly which isn't good when we're trying to get our natural test levels back up.

This is a debate among many respected bros. There are alot of people that advocate both sides. I have personally done it both ways and did not see any difference in the way I recovered, so I will not be using it during PCT. I know some will argue with me and if they can show me actual medical reasoning to go back to using it I will, but for now it is 100mg clomid and 20mg nolva ED for 3 weeks.

same here, but i extend clomid to 30 days

I've been trying to decide between running l-dex through my PCT as well for my upcoming cycle. I just figured that I have enough to run through my cycle and PCT, so I'll throw it in and see how it goes...

It's an up and down on l-dex through...nolva and clomid both in pct..but throwing l-dex in ...i've just heard mixed opinions..thx for the help and advice
