    Question Another Nolvadex Question

    I read smoewhere, that anti-e during cycle could lower your expected gains... Is this true, and is it true of Nolvadex ...if so how?

    the only gains they hinder is water weight....which you will lose anyways

    I believe the whole nolvadex hindering gains was the more, "old school" attitude. That myth has pretty much been dispelled though...

    Nolvadex doesn't lower any expected gains. Nolvadex only blocks estrogen from binding to the breast tissue really. You could run Nolvadex during your entire steroid cycle and most doctors that know about steroids suggest that you start taking Nolvadex about two weeks after you start a steroid cycle.

    Different anti-estrogens do different things and effect different parts of the body, but Nolvadex shouldn't cause any problems.
