Yes it really does! it stimulates your natural hormone production so that you have some natural test that, of course, helps to maintain the muscle.

I think that this depends on weather or not you have truely reached your genetic max. It takes more effort, food, and hormone to create muscle than it does to keep it. You will lose some weight though. Just tell your self that it is all water that you are losing. That's what I do. LOLQuote:
