    PCT For 20weeks cycle please advise

    My cycle is:

    Weeks 1-4: 50mg/d D-bol
    Weeks 1-20: 750mg/w Sust, 600mg/w Eq, 1mg/d Arimidex , 25mg/d Proviron
    Weeks 16-20: 50mg/d Winstrol Depot


    I´m thinking of a PCT like this:

    Right after my cycle for 3 weeks:
    5000iu/week HCG

    3weeks after last Sust. shot:
    Day 1: 300mg/clomid, 100mg/d for 10days, 50mg/d for 10days
    Also for these 3weeks 1mg/d arimidex, 20mg/d nolva

    What do you think for the above PCT?
