pct calculation

I have done some cycles without pct and I know that is wrong. Now I am educating myself and I want to know how to calculate how much pct to use with the gear taken. Is there different dosages depending on the gear used??? Deca, sus, test, eq, winny, etc??? Currently I am taking 400mg eq per week and 50mg of winny per week. How do i calculate how much, how long to run pct. Also what pct to use clomid, nova, hcg, etc?
