How to run PCT for this cycle?

Ok, I know I am going to run nolvadex and b6 all the way through. Just not sure at what dosages, what do you reccomend? Also I am unsure how to run PCT.

Here is the cycle:

wks1-11 Test Cyp @ 600mg/wk
wks1-9 Deca @ 400mg/wk
wks1-4 D-Bol Liquid @ 40mg ED
wks7-13 Winstrol Liquid @ 50mg ED

just start pct the day after last winny shot. 300mg day 1, 100mg 10 days, 50mg 10 days

Nolvadex @ 10-20mg ED & B6 @ 200mg ED...These are preventative dosages...so if you do run into any trouble...you would need more nolvadex...also; IMO...I would use an AI at a low dose...but if not gyno prone this would not be needed. Good luck with your cycle...Bro..
