so many things, which way should i go?
i am currently deployed in iraq they sent me out here at the last min. so i thought this would be a good time to get back into the gym i have been lifting since 97 ive taken all kinds of PH in that time frame, but took a 2 year layoff due to lower back injury. as it stands right now i am 35yrs old 6'1" and 200lbs @ 22% bf would like to go down to 185-190 LBM @ 12-13% bf so i ran to the supp store and bought all kinds of supps now the question is how should i take them here is a list of what i think i can use for PCT remeber M1T is new to me so i couldnt research before i got it. so please understand i got what i could.i couldnt get clo or nov so i need to know if you had what i had how would you do it if you had no other choice but to use what i have:

trenabol x (1ad 100mg/4ad 100mg/1,4ad 100mg)which is a transdermal
anabol x (19nordiol 200mg/5aa 100mg)which is a transdermal
just wondering could i stack the anabol x and trenabol x with the M1t and keeping the M1T at 10mg a day for 15 days and the pct for 2 weeks and then hit it again?

Dude, M1T will not help you cut. It's a bulker. You're going to get some water retention. Shoulda read this:
