Is this something that I need to make a trip to Mexi for, or is it orderable? What forms are available, if more than one? and what is the cost per dose.

The novice cycle info states I should take this daily. I have also heard take it if I start getting itchy nips. SHould this be taken through out the cycle? Previous cycles I have not had the itchy nips.

You don't have to take it if you are not bothered by any side effects. Some/most take it as a precautionary tool, but there is no need if you don't exhibit any sides.

if you are gyno prone I would not worry about it, but it could never hurt to have it hand JUST IN CASE!
