PCT Help? When to take or What?

Currently what I am taking:

30mg D-bol/day
500mg Test 250/week
200mg Deca 300/week


When I started I was:
20yrs old
173lbs
6ft 3in

Currently:
20yrs old
188lbs
6ft 3in
Bodyfat percentage N/A


This is what I just ordered from AR-R when do I start taking this and if this is enough to help keep my gains:

Clomi 70mL 35mg/mL
Tamox 50 ML 20mg/ml
