10 mg nolvadex for months

i have low test and slighty high estrogen , this is from yrs of doing test , now i havent done anything and i dont want to , so how can i raise my test and lower estrogen , will 10mg of nolv work ? thanks , 27 yrs old 14% bf 212 lbs

Hit up some HCG with Nolvadex . Small doses 3 times a week along with like 20mg of Nolva would help get you up. I would only do it for like a month though.

actually you shouldn't use hcg if you have already high estrogen levels it will only make it worse. Try clomid therapy and use nolvadex also. NO HCG
