No you shouldn't change your diet just make sure you're getting enough protien each day. Training is usually less intense for me.

    Think about it this way..
Your muscles are not able to grow (typically) during PCT due to low test levels, therfore you dont want to go 100 percent balls to the wall because you will do more harm than good. What you want to do is life just to "maintain" your muscles, not create new ones.

Eat the same, if not more, then you did while on cycle.

I still like to go "100% balls to the wall" post-cycle. Of course, I can't - but I'd still like to...

I guess different folks have different opinions on this. Personally, I continue to go all out. I am on a mission to save every last ounce of muscle I've gained. I would say my workouts end up being less intense as a result of simply not being able to do as much - having to decrease weights, reps, etc, but it's not for lack of trying.

One thing I will say is you can't get away with sh!t off cycle that you can on, like running your workouts over 45min-1hr. You may also have to cut back your frequency of workouts to allow time for recovery, that sort of thing.
