HCG after 8 months?

Before 6 months I finished my first cycle with some good results from 115 go up to 130 kilos
But now almost all has gone.
The cycle was for 10 weeks:

TEST CYP 500 MG /W
DECA 400 MG
Winstrol 50mgE0D w 8-12
ARIMIDEX 0.5 EOD
NOLVA FROM 6 WEEK 20 MG /D
AFTER 3 WEEKS I did PCT with CLOMID AND NOLVA

No blood test after that cycle until yesterday and when
I found that my test level to be 290 at the lower limits for my age (41) .
I had planed to do a cutting cycle for the summer with propionate test only 100 mg eod and diet but now …
I want to ask if is better to do now some pregnyl for 3 weeks with nolva to rise my own test level and after that do the cutting or

the doctor who ran your test should be willing to help out with some hcg .

thanks for your reply.ok i will start pct again but how much and for how long hcg .I think to go for 3 weeks 1500iu at day 1 and after500 iu eod +20 mg nolva ed
