500 test a week would be much better the 250
Deca should be run less the the test 400 a week
nov start when you start you cycle 10 ml a day
might try to get some L ~dex .25 a day
clom start 2 weeks after last shot of test
500 test a week monday and thursday 250 each day
400 deca a week monday and thursday 200 each day

I'm confused on the nolva dosage. 10ml a day? Isn't nolva the same as a bottle of tamox 50 ML 20mg/ml?Quote:
