which dr. to diagnose gyno

think i have the all dreaded gyno,i had no symptoms as far as sore or itchy nips, but i can feel a football shaped lump under left nip only, its not pointy bot kind of oval shaped horizontally.looks like some loose skin starting to form just outside my nip in the direction of my arm pit.ive been taking nolva and letro throughout the cycle along with 200 mg of b-6 daily,im preying it is bloat and water from the cyp and deca im taking but i dont think so because the other nip looks and feels fine,anyway which kind of dr. should i go to for a diagnosis? i would think something other than a general practitioner?will he do a mri or what? not sure what to tell him.
