    Clen with PCT ?

    OK guys...I found out that using Clen while doing PCT, you can save some muscle and even lose fat at the same time. Has anyone else heard of this, and if so, when do you start using the Clen, how much, etc., etc. ?

    I did stop my cycle because of gyno, and I am taking 300mgs of clomid today and starting PCT, so I would like to figure out how to use this Clen to give me the best results possible.

    I've never bothered with clen during PCT. I think it's more important to maintain your calorie level so that you can hold on to as much muscle as possible. In my opinion the anti-catabolic properties of clen are overstated.

    that may be true...but it could just be an added benefit. I am truthfully looking to clen for fat buring first and foremost...if it helps me keep my gains, then even better!!

    It's just a bit contradictory in terms of what you want to do during PCT, i.e. maintain as much muscle as possible while getting your hormone production back up and running. Doing this in a calorie deficit is much harder than doing it while getting plenty of calories and protein.

    I am going to run clen in PCT. I know there is controversy, but I'm down. I don't know if the anti-catabolic effects are that pronounced, especially at low doses, but some seem to think they are. It does not appear that catabolism is a problem, and I'd like to keep fat gain at bay while maintaining high calories to keep muscle/gains while T levels are low and recovering. I am going to run IGF, nolva, and a few other things as well.

    i just finished my cycle and ill start clomid in a day or 2 and in a week ill throw up some clen as well to keep my muscle mass and right when i finish with clen im going on creatine !! for non stop liver damage muah ah ah ha ha ha aha ! then its on to my next cycle !
