Elevating testosterone levels is one of the best ways to increase your anabolic, or muscle building, state. This technique enhances muscle growth by stimulating protein synthesis, or the process by which your body utilizes amino acids, the building blocks of protein, to build new tissue. Key Element #1.
The first mechanism found in P6 to help maximize your anabolic state involves steroidal saponins and natural testosterone production. Keep in mind, not all steroidal saponins are created equal. And finally, to enhance the anabolic effects of P6 to a level we consider “EXTREME , ” we focused on inhibiting the CYP3A4 enzyme.
