gyno! please help!

Hi, im a new member an am lookin for as much advise as possible into my current situation;
I ran the following stack 4 months ago for 8 wks;
deca - 400mg/wk, sust 250 - 1ml/week, dianabol 40mg/day
After week 6 i noticed a small amount of gyno starting on my pecs.
I i carried the last 2 weeks of the stack recucing the amounts of gear over the last 2 weeks.
i started on Nolvadex 40mg/day at the end of the stack hoping for it to combat the small amounts of gyno.
After a week i noticed it hadn't gone and began 2 get a bit concerned.
So spoke 2 my doctor, who said 2 stop on the nolva, an it should go if i stay off the gear.

So i stopped on the nolva after 1 week
An have been off the gear for about 9 weeks an my gyno is just as bad!!!!

I have a small disc shape thats under my right nipple an a very small one under my left one, with what feels like amounts of fatty tissue around my nipples, an my rite 1 sticks out a bit.
When my pecks are pumped, or im cold its isnt noticable.
But when im hot or my pecks are relaxed my nipples sit out an the gyno is noticable.

Sorry ive listed so much, but i wanted 2 give as much info as poss.
Please can anybody give me some info into my options an what i can do, cos its really startin 2 get me worried!!!!!!

Im getting desperate here!

buy some letrozole and do 2.5mg ed for 3 weeks then slowly tapper off down to .25mg ed then off,it will kill your sex drive but my help your situation.

is there anything i can do 2 sort out my sex drive when im on it?
or will i just have 2 put up with it?

also, many people use arimidex to treat existing gyno, much much more powerful than the nolva. i saw another thread posted by a guy in your situation, and that was the reccomendation made to him by lots of guys with lots of experience.im not really qialified though
