im about to start my first cycle and i was thinkin add clen during either PCT or after..
i be running Test enth 500/wk week 1-12
Deca 400/wk week 1-11
Winny 50mg/day week 11-14
PCT nolva , clomid week 15-18
should i run clen during PCT or week or two after PCT?
im 6'1 185lb bf 12 or 13 im not sure lol
my goal is get up to 200lb with solid muscle and cut down bf to around 10% or below..
give me some suggestion
During PCT. It helps me maintain, also helps process protein more effiecently (sp?).
oh alright.. because i was going to run during PCT but lately some ppl tells me not to run during PCT cuz than im going to lose all the weight that gain through cycle..
Some people say that it eats their muscle and some not. I say try it and find out.
I like it in PCT myself. I'm losing nothing but BF. Partly due, I'm certain to the IGF-1. Best PCT ever!

is clomid def nessecery during PCT? or nolva and clen would do it?

clen is not really a PCT supp. Some just choose to use it at that time. Clomid and nolva are the staples, and although similar, do some different things. Check the profiles to read all about it! ;)Quote:
