    PCT training!

okay im not doing a cycle or anything just curious, ive read that on pct u should train " hard like on cycle to keep gains" where as ive heard people say dont train hard on pct because ull over train becos u have no test take 1st week off n stuff etc etc, so which is the way to go,or what is the way to go, im interested to know this?

like training as if you were just trying to keep in shape say instead of punsishing urself with dead heavy low reps

Any experts comment on whether PCT training is better infrequently as well as abbreviated. Right now I'm doing 30-40min workouts 5 days. Anyone think it's better to go 45-50mins 3 days? I'm sure there are differing opinions, but what are your discoveries and experiences? Thanks.
