okay im on my 2nd week of SD which im running for 4 weeks, 20,20,30,30mg ed/ nolva n clomid for when i come to pct...and im just wanting 2 know how i should change my workout and diet for pct. my cals r very high just now and my workout is 5days...as much info and input as poss' would be appreciated.

i wouldnt change ur workout up any different then what ur doing, considering ur workout is ok... as far as pct i would maybe go get some creatine to help support loss in strengh due to coming off this supplement and to help maintain gains... JMO

ive read that if i were to workout as hard as i normally do u may burn away muscle and overtrain due to lack of test...
