I'm in week 3 of PCT using :::
500mg long jack 100:1 (twice normal concentration)
tribestan 6 caps/day (1500 mg tribulus)
clomid 50mg
I mix my long jack with my green tea in the morning. I know you aren't supposed to mix creatine with citric acid like orange juice, so I was wondering if anyone knew if long jack absorption is affected by green tea or the heat of the water.

I don't know bro. However, I got so tired of how disgusting longjack made everything taste, I started just scooping it up with a spoon, eating it, and chasing it with water. It's much easier that way

I never could aquire the taste of longjack..It just makes anything taste like crap
I think I'll stick to just adding it to water. I don't mind the taste.
I'm going to do 5 days on/2 off too since it's too dangerous to be that horny during the weekend :P
