cycle pct

Ok i copied and pasted this, i also have this in the steroid questions forum, but i need help on the pct for this cycle so here it goes

Whats up guys, this is what my upcoming cycle looks like, let me know what you guys think

1-12 Test E 500mg
1-11 Deca 300mg (front load first week at 600mg)
1-12 Var 40mg ED (liquid)
1-12 Nolva 20mg ED (Liquid)

14 days after last Test E inject I start my pct which is clomid (liquid), i saw a thread a while back about how to properly take clomid but i cant seem to find it so can anyone help me out with the dosages, also any other pct options, like most people I want to maintain my gains made and not lose them right away. Also should I go with letro incase gyno becomes a problem?? If so how should the dosage and and what weeks should this be done during.

Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
