Can someone give me a straight answer should i run all 3 hcg ,nolva,clomid and at what dose for how long.

HCG : no more than 3 weeks @ 2500 IU every 4th day
Clomid: time peroid is not an issue but 3 weeks is good (along with HCG) @ 50 mg/day
Nolvadex : it's primary use as an anti-Estrogen, some ppl use it as LH stimulator (same as clomid but much weaker). u should run it through out the whole cycle @ 20 mg/day

i have no experince with Anastrozole, and i'm not sure about thee strength compared to Nolvadex .

HCG should NOT be run during PCT but during the cycle when you notice atrophy NOT during PCT!

I got some anastozole recently and it is different than clomid and nolva and is much more expensive.
It actually prevents the conversion to estrogen. Nolva and or clomid is necessary for PCT but start 3 weeks from your last shot if you are injecting. I am preparing to use HCG this time and my understanding is to start on the same day as your last shot for 3 weeks until you start with clomid and or nolva. I am just going to continue taking nolva all the way through and adding clomid 3 weeks after my last shot. I am getting mixed reports about the HCG, some say 300 EOD, some say 500IU EOD and still others 2500IU every 4th day. What is the life of HCG? I would prefer to poke less freqently if possible. I am also going to take clen for PCT as it is a good anti-catabolic.

You should know what he's shooting before giving advice on when to begin pct. If he's running a long-estered test then sure that is fine but what if he's running Prop or even Phenylprop? If he waited that long before pct he'd be wondering why his gains are shrinking away.
