Is tribulus good or bad, on some posts on here people claim it will raise estrogen. Whats the real deal? Tongkat Ali, if you get the real stuff and not some crap laces with viagra juice, is very expensive when ordered from the sources in indonesia.

if you run clomid nolva l-dex and trib for your pct you should not need to worry about increased estrogen at all

i tried trib alone as a natural test booster, not for PCT. it gave me puffy, tingling nips, which i figured was the onset of gyno (haven't done a cycle, so i'm just going off gut feeling). i stopped using it.

like others have said, if you're already taking anti-e's for PCT reasons, then it's probably worthwhile. i strongly caution against taking it alone however.
