Upcoming cycle:
Wk 1-8 Test E 200 mg/wk
Wk 1-8 Var 40 mg/day
Wk 1-8 Nolva 10 mg/day
Start PCT 14 days later:
Nolva 20 mg/day
Clomid 300 day 1, 200 day 2, 100 for next 14 days
How does this sound? Any suggestions? This will be my first cycle and first exposure to PCT.
Run the var from week 1 to 10 or 3 - 10.... either way run it up to PCT.... also run the nolva up to week 10 as well.Quote:

im supprized no one has told you that 200mg a wk for test E is way to low bump that up to 500mg a wk and take it in two different shots a wk. also what are your stats, i dont know how anyone can give you advice without knowing your size, training or diets. if this is your first cycle you really want to do it right. you will get your best gains off your first cycle!!! 200mg a wk of test will not be enough
I agree 200mg is rather low. If you have 200mg amps then double up per week. Mon 200mg and thurs another 200mg
This is how i would put your cycle together:
Week 1-8 Test E 500mg/wk or 400mg/wk. Test enanthate usually comes in 250mg amps, but you might be using a multi-vial.
Week 1-6 Var 50-60mg/day
Week 2-10 Nolva 10mg/day or 20mg EOD
PCT 14 days later
My stats are 5'11, 170lbs, 7% BF
I'm an athlete and not looking for much size, just strength.
What about 300mg/wk?
if your gonna do 300mg....just do 400mg....you need that amount to get the appropriate gains
