What do you guys usually use for PCT?

I just was curious what and how much you guys are using. Do you often take proviron , clomid, nova, and hcg ; or just use hcg during cycle to help nuts out and not for PCT? How long should proviron be used during PCT (since it doesnt regenerate HPTA)? Differences in Nova and Clomid in effectiveness?

Clomid at 100mgs - two wks, then 50mgs for two wks.
Or Clom and Nolva half of each for a month 50mgs and 10mgs respectively.
