gyno help please

I took 5 shots of deca 200, 20 of winstrol , and a bottle of m1t pills. I stopped the cycle 3 months ago, and it is the only cycle i've done. the other day i noticed my nipples were sore and there are hard small lumps behind them. my left one seems a little bigger than the right. i've heard of letro and nolvadex . can anyone tell me which to buy and how to use? and also after reading the faq it says to begin use of these during your cycle...would i be able to use it now the same? thanks to anyone who responds.

Me, I would use 80 mg nolvadex ED asap till the lumps go away.

how many bottles of nolva should i buy from arr if they each contain 50 ml at 20mg/ml for my condition? also, should i take all 80 mg in the same serving or split it up through the day?

I would get letro. In a thread somewhere someone actually said it reversed gyno maybe maybe not but letro is by far the strongest out there.
