ok i got off my cycle which consisted
1-4 30mg d-bol
1-10 250 mg of test enanthate
1-10 300 mg of deca
waited 3weeks started my clomid for 3 weeks
its been almost two month ive been off and ive been feeling realy tired and unmotivated! i went to the doctor got some blood drawn and my test level came back really low (126 when the normal is 250-850 )
the doctor advised me to ake another one in 6-8 weeks
need some opinions??
Did he offer you test gel or something since your own test is low?

Well, if you want your levels to go back up I would think you wouldn't want to go on TRT.
Had you been on a previous cycle that you hadn't fully recovered from before you started this one? Also how old are you? Do you know what your levels were before you did the cycle?
For a quick boost that may not suppress your HPTA recovery some people swear by tongkat ali. Some also find Tribulus works.

im 25 , and yes i did a blood test way before i started the cycle and everything was fine !
which one would you recomend better the tongkat ali or trib? , also what dosage and how long would it atake to kick in?

here are mine..I think i'm going to go with 200mg/wk of test for 12 weeks than proper cg...the patch is doing jack fo me...thought?
After reading a bunch of solid results with lose doses, I'm going to just run 200-250mg test and 200mg of eq per week for 10 weeks followed by clomid and nolva. Hoping this will allow me to get my calories in (Mindset of forcing to eat while on or - no results) and then go from there.....think I'll be good? Good jump for my cycle of test/eq/winny to follow down the road in the winter? 10l-20lbs of solid gains with maybe evem a decrease in bf%? I'll keep the mild mild am cardio for 30 minutes and train in the evening. Ensuring 8 hrs of rest and 7 good meals (4 p/f, 3 c/p) .....can I get your support?

followed by my 6th of PPO
1 baked potatoe
6-8 oz beef

you could run 20mg of nolva a day until you go back for follow up
I would get on Nolva @ 20mg ED and Arimidex @ .25mcg ED. I have had crappy blood test results when just using clomid before. I dont not recommend that method at all. Throw some tribulus in there also (4-6g)
