Optimal HCG Dosages

As most know, your nuts get shut down and shrink on a cycle. That's the short and sweet part. I've been reading about using HCG to regrow, restimulate and overall repair them after a hard cycle. I'm not doing anything huge, just Test E and EQ. I was wondering which would help jumpstart the nuts the most:

*HCG administrations will start 5 weeks before the end of the cycle. I will inject 500iu HCG 2 times a week for a total of 1000iu per week.

*OR*

*A higher dosage for a shorter amount of time? Maybe 3000iu per week for the first 2 weeks and 1000iu per week for a second two weeks? Maybe start with last shot of Test E, or a week after... or go with the 5-week before the end of cycle approach?

Just fine-tuning my cycle, so input if greatly appreciated.
