    Clomid and Nolva

    Every where I look I see that Clomid and Nolva are the way to go for PCT. But what I can't seem to find is how long I need to take each for, and how many mg's a week and/or per serving?

    10mg throughout cycle

    pct
    day1-21: 20mg nolva ed
    Clomdi day 1: 300mg day 2-11: 100mg day 12-21: 50mg

    when u start pct depends on what u were taking
