when to start pct for test e/winny/proviron

I am about to start my cycle and need a little help.
my cycle will look like this.
1-5 andriol (test Undecanoate) 160mgs ed
1-10 test enan 500 mgs per week (split into 2 shots a week)
5-10 proviron 50 mgs ed
6-12 winny 50mgs ed

I have nolva and clomid for pct but i need to know when to start the clomid and how i should take the nolva?
Also does that look alright for the proviron or should i use it in weeks 1-5?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
