    anti estrogen hyperbole

    i put facts here,no suppositions,no citations !

    ME:
    1 gr test weekly(8-10 weeks).
    estradiol (estrogen) level 11.32 pg/ml.

    normal levels:
    adult man. 7.63-42.59.

like you see, i have very low levels.
    i take tests weekly.

but i have water retention (then?),
    all renal values fine.
low sodium diet and so on.

    put estradiol levels here.
    put facts, no conjectures.

    ....................substantiate with evidence.

    OBJECTIVITY-TRUTH-NEUTRALITY.

good point... i dont think we fully understand all the mechanisms of action of all the AAS we use... its just like saying water retention from deca helps your joints, when thats not all there is to it... its more about estrogen and progesterone receptors and the related effects when they are triggered... the real actions taking place are so much more complicated than the simple explanations we generally have here... for example, the effect of androgens on the CNS, i would like to know more about that.

In one of his articles SWALE mentioned that he believed it was very important to maintain estrogen levels within normal values even when on a cycle. Men need a certain amount of estrogen for sexual functioning and maximum growth. A lot of guys go heavy on the AIs and drive their estrogen levels into the ground thinking this will avoid the bad effects of estrogen. While many men think of estrogen and progesterone as 'evil' hormones, we're really designed to operate with a certain amount of these hormones in our bodies - if they weren't needed, the body wouldn't produce them.
