    PCT workout question

OK - getting ready to come off a successful 12 week test cycle - very happy with the results and obviously want to keep as much as possible. I have the proper PCT matls in place, and I know to keep my diet up in terms of macros; protein / complex carbs and total intake. My question is - do I back off some on training frequency since my body will recover more slowly off cycle? Currently training 6 days - 1 body part each day. I'm thinking about dropping to 3 days a week and concentrating on big basics - Legs / back / chest, and throw in some light cardio on the off days. Time to cahnge the routine anyway. Anybody had a good experience coming off and keeping what they worked for? How did you adapt your workouts, or did you? Thanks for any input.

Do everything the same except up your calories at least another 500 on top of what you eat today.

Thanks Mud Man - I'm gonna change out a few specific exercises but keep the basic rotation the same - legs / back / chest / arms / shoulders / abs/ off
Bump my macro intake up to compensate for the 500 cals and concentrate on keeping the diet real clean.
