Can Anyone Help Me With My Pct?

It will only let me start this thread if i dont post my story in it... so read the next post! Sorry

Ok i had my PCT all planned out on text file with the help of some people on the forums but its missing now. And go figure right at the end of my cycle.

I just took my last shot today! i'm out! no more needles... yaya!

Anyhow it was my first cycle... it consisted of...
Weeks 1-12: 85mg of test prop ED
Weeks 1-12: 200mg of EQ Mon and FRI
Weeks 8-12: 20mg M1T ED

Ok this is my PCT i have on hand...

-CLOMID 2450mg (The stuff from ARR - Clomi 70mL 35mg/mL)
-NOLVA 1000mg (The stuff from ARR - Tamox 50mL 20mg/mL) + PLUS about 25 pills of 20mg NOVLA left over from my cycle.
-And i have some tribulus laying around... not much but some... maybe just add it in?
-Milk thistle
-Hawthorne berry

Can anyone help me develop a PCT schedule ASAP as i just finished my CYCLE TODAY!? with the above resources? and information?

3 weeks form now start PCT, nolva 40mg, clomid 100mg for 2 weeks, then nolva at 20mg and clomid at 50mg until you run out. Nolva until your sex drive is back in full swing

Sounds good... however in the sticky it says EQ has alife of 21 days? Curious to way you said 3 weeks?
