Pct Help!!

first cycle pct help, in 2 weeks i will be taking 500mg of Test E for 12 weeks and deca 400mg 11 weeks, for pct i was going to do 10mg ed of nolva thoughout the whole cycle and week 14 bump the nolva to 20mg ed and take clomid
week 14 day 1 200mg 2-7days 100mg ed
week 15 50mg ed
week 16 50mg ed

is this a good pct??????

I will give you my choice of PCT for this cycle....... starting on week 13 (if week 12 was your last shot of test)

Week 13-14: 1000iu HCG M/W/F and bump Nolva to 20mg
Week 15: 20mg Nolva and 100mg Clomid
Week 16-17: 20mg Nolva and 50mg Clomid

IMO, HCG is a must ..... because you will have testicular atrophy.

week 14-16 25mg aromasin ED (or 1mg ldex ED)
week 14-20 20mg Nolva ED (or until sex drive is back)
