    Pct confusion!

I am about to start a sust cycle at 500 mg wk. This is my second cycle of sust I had excellent gains on my first cycle 500mg wk two years ago but at that time i had never heard of pct. I have been reading these pct threads and it seems now I am only more confused as to when to start, how much to use, clomid or nolva or both. I know these are probably your typical newbie questions but I just want to make sure I have all my information straight before I start this time. Any help will be greatly appreciated and put to good use. Thanks.

After your last injection of sust start PCT 18 days later for a minimum of 30 days.

    Day 1 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
