Whats the best way to incorporate IGF-1 into my pct? Im planning on using nolva, clomid and HCG but im not sure when to use the IGF. Does anyone have any suggestions, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'd start it with the clomid and run it for 4weeks, then off for 4weeks and back on for 4weeks. Try 50-60mcg for the first run, and 60-100 for the 2nd. Make sure you run the HCG inbetween your last shot of cycle and a week before clomid. It's really better to do it all the way through.
