Ok im working on the last part of setting up my cycle and I need to focus on the PCT part... I raed on some of the steroid forums that you take it WHILE you are on your cycle, meanwhile when i read a thread in the pct forum it said to take them a certain time AFTER the cycle.

also how do I know how much Nolva ( chosen pct) i need to take?

Post Cycle Therapy is performed a predetermined amount of time after a cycle ends. This time depends on the longest compound used in the cycle.

So to answer your question we would need to know what you are running.

As a beginner, I would assume you are running a test-only cycle (test e for example). If you run for 12 weeks, take nolva at 60mg ED for at least one month. Continue with your PCT until you have fully recovered. I was assuming you are doing a nolva-only PCT.
