KAVA KAVA and Clomid

I read a thread that stated during PCT, one can take Clomid all in one dose before bed as well as Kava Kava during the day. Anyone know about this?

Is it really possible to ingest 100-150mg of Clomid before bed?

Yeah, it's possible. Clomid has a long active life, so I always ingested 100mg before bed. There is no need to break it up throughout the day.

I heard ingesting it b4 bed is better so you don't have to deal with the moods during the day.

i tried that before i got a severe headache when i took 5 clomids together.

I used AR-R 's liquid clomid and didn't have a problem with headaches. I guess the pills are different.

I used ARR's also - took 100 mg / day at one time for a week and had no problem other than acne

The acne was brutal. They weren't large (like from tren ) but they were there in numbers. My lats, shoulders, and arms were the main sites.
