Need some help with my PCT

Ok, so im planning on a 10 week cycle of both test-E and deca , still not sure how many mg per week im gonna do of both,

During the cycle i was thinking of taking..
20mg/day Novaldex
25mg/day Proviron

Now I have a few questions.
First, What is vitamin b-6 used for? Skin stretching?

Second, I was wondering how long after my cycle i should wait for PCT, since for test-E its recommended to wait 2 weeks from last injection and 3 for deca. I am fully aware that it does have to do with how much dosage i took during the cycle.

Third, Should i pyramid down at the end of my cycle or no, and if so ill need some advice.

Fourth, i need some help with doage of clomid and i was also going to take clenbuterol after my last injection to cut down and also help maintain. So i need some help with dosages there also.

And last, are there any other supplements that i should take, or take in place of some i mentioned , such as Arimidex , HCG . And how long should i run my proviron and novaldex, or whatever suggested?

Hopefully i can get some questions answered because alot of what i have read is controversial and im just trying to learn as a beginner. This is also going to be my first cycle, when i get enough information, im never the type to just jump into anything.

this is what the cycle and pct should look like.

1-12 test dose?
1-11 deca dose?
1-12 nolv 10mg day
1-12 b-6 200mg

Pct

12-14 nolv 20mg day.
14 days after last test shoot. clomid 300mg next day 200mg next day 100mg the 50mg day for the next 11 days.

You can also add some trib at 2g day if you need it. I like to run the trib 2 weeks past clomid.

thanks should i do hcg 500 i.u. every 5 days during cycle?

hcg 1500ui / 3000ui once a week for 3-4 weeks, but in your case 1500ui shouldnt be bad

ok, ive got 2000 ui and 5000ui bottles and i think im going to take 250 mg a week of both...but i may goto 500mg since 250 isnt much, depending on what others have tosay on my first cycle post...
