How to know without bloodwork?
Anyway to know if you have fully recovered without blood work? Because of course i dont know from experience but im researching on my first cycle after about 7 years of nat lifting....im planning on 500mg/wk of test-e
and was thinking of doing the clomid pct on the main site, which is like this...

100 mg day 2

would this be a good idea or would doing something like
day 1/300mg
day2-30/100mg/day
just wondering with that also bc the website one is only 1800mgs while the other is like 3200mgs, a big money difference
