How to know without bloodwork?

Anyway to know if you have fully recovered without blood work? Because of course i dont know from experience but im researching on my first cycle after about 7 years of nat lifting....im planning on 500mg/wk of test-e
and was thinking of doing the clomid pct on the main site, which is like this...

300 mg day 1

100 mg day 2

100 mg day 3

100 mg day 4

100 mg day 5

100 mg day 6

100 mg day 7
Week 2

100 mg day 1

100 mg day 2

100 mg day 3

100 mg day4

50 mg day5

50 mg day6

50 mg day1

would this be a good idea or would doing something like

day 1/300mg
day2-30/100mg/day

just wondering with that also bc the website one is only 1800mgs while the other is like 3200mgs, a big money difference

any post your ideas please :)

250mg in one day? Or do you mean 250mg over a three day period. I start with 100mg for the first week or two and then switch to 50mg for a few weeks or so. Nothing set in stone, depends on how I feel. Week after I get bloodwork done. That is the only true way to tell.

ahhh damn... i read the question wrong.... sorry... just take the clomid at 100mg ED for 30 days with nolva 20mg ED and an ai, preferably aromasin. (20mg ED.)
