after methandrostenolone

im on my last cycle of methandrostenolone i was doing 3 five week cycles with a five week break between each five on im on week two of the last five i used 20 mg of BD methandrostenolone a day "two 10 mg tabs a day" during the on cycle didnt use on sat or sun f . I would like to keep my gains i put on 10lbs. i used chrysin during the on cycles also. What do i need to do after this cycle to come off methandrostenolone to keep my gains and have my teso back to normal levels???
