When to Start PCT?

This is my cycle I'll be starting in January:
1-7 Tren. 75mg. ED
1-12 Eq. 800mg. Week
1-15 Prop. 100mg. ED
7-13 Win. 50mg. ED
6-15 Proviron 50mg. ED

now for my PCT I'm going to be taking Clomid, Nolvadex, and was thinking of taking HCG.
My question is that the starting time for Tren. is 3 days after last injection, and Eq. is 21 days, and Winny is 24 hours, and Prop. is 3 Days, so do I need to start my PCT 3 days after Tren? or do I wait and start is all 3 days after week 15? Also is HCG needed? Should I take L-Dex?
May seem like dumb question but just not sure and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You want to start your PCT immediately after your last esters half life is over. So according to your cycle you want to start PCT 3 days after your last shot of Prop in week 15.

you don't need HCG if you have clomid
