How does one know how to dose PCT?

I've been doing a lot of reading on proper PCT, etc. I'm just curious as to how one figures out how much clomid or nolva one should do for PCT. Also Letro is used for anti-gyno from what I've grasped. How does one know which dosage to use if they run into gyno during a cycle?

Since your first cycle will be a test-only cycle for 10-12 weeks at 500mg per week, this is what I would run for PCT. Nolva at 20mg ED, Clomid at 100mg ED, and Arimidex at 0.25mg ED for at least 1 month. You would probably only need nolva at 10-20mg ED, for gyno, during a test-only cycle.
