    cutting during pct

Has anyone ever started cutting during pct? Any idea if this would be a bad idea? would it make it hard to hold on to your gains? thanks

Very bad idea....... your hormone levels will be very low and you could become catabolic. Now if you start to diet durring the process you will def be catabolic and all those gains you made could or will be lost. Best is to up your calories an additional 500 a day for the duration of PCT. After PCT you can start dieting.

Ditto to this... Nice reply MudMan

The possible exception to this would be if you're using insulin and lr3 igf-1 during pct

It would be theorectically be possible to 'cut'.. but in a non-conventional sense.

Calories would need to be kept at maintenance kcals... and no lower as the hormonal environment would be fragile.

Cardio would be low/Moderate intensity... and for an increased duration.
