Nolva dosages for PCT

I did a 12 week cycle of test at 500mg/week and im not sure if theres a best way to run the nolva because i see different opinions. EX 40 40 20 20/ 40 30 20 10 etc. Is there a best way to do this??

I would run it 40mg for at least 30 days.

are you saying run it for 40mg for 30 days then pct is over or should it be tapered after that??

I would run 60 mg each day for 30 days along with arimidex . This is of course if you are not running clomid. If you can handle the emotional rollercoaster i would run clomid @ 100mg ED for 30 days and 20 mg nolva ED for 30 days. maybe even put arimidex in your pct also.

Yes, there's no need to taper nolva............... also as the other poster stated if you can get some arimidex .25mg ED (l-dex) then adding it to the PCT protocol will help speed recovery up.

Also, you might need to run PCT longer then 30 days..... this is just a standard to start at.
