Arimidex(or L-dex)
Estrogen is the main inhibitence of restoring HPTA, and AI administration has been shown to increase gonadotrophin concentrations and serum Testosterone by up to 50%. In addition, by adding L-dex, the inhibitence of excess estrogen allows Tamox to work greater at LH stimulation in the begining stages of PCT, since the need to prevent binding in the mammery is lessened by the reduction in estrogen biosynthesis
Too bad there isn't much info on aromasin, I plan on running that throughout my PCT along with Nolva/Clomid. Anyone seen any info on this..
Btw, Ldex doesn't require a high dosage at all, Start with .25 and work your way up if you feel it necessary.
Ya I read that article, but its doesnt say at what dose to run the AI, I can tell that .25mg ED is working, i can see it. Im wondering if taking .5mg per day would be twice as good.Quote:

i dont knwo what the hell it is, but im likin' it. Not depressed at all from the clomid just feel like a million bucks all day every day, PCTs making me feel better and making me look better than my actual cycle did, lol.

I changed my diet and training routine half way through my cycle, started doing the doggcrapp routine using a 5 rep max on most excersizes, and when I started doing that I started eating a little different too, upped my protien from 200g per day to 500g per day, Im kind of following the sample bulk diet in the diet forum except I eat way more protien than they suggest, I just basically eat 7 meals a day with 70-90g of protien per meal, I just use carbs as a filler, I eat some fats here n there too, my diet isnt really that strick, I only really care about getting that protein in.
